Standard System Configuration

Valco Melton's standard edgebanding configuration (one-sided) includes an Isomelt Mini PUR Melter with integrated grammage control, ideally suited to work with 2kg PUR slugs.

As opposed to roller processes, our ClearCut Adjustable Width Applicators have been specifically designed to work on intermittent applications at the highest production line speeds.
