On this user-friendly touch screen you will be able to visualize your complete line as well as each machine and configurate the parameters needed for any specific application. The Smart Control will notify you whenever something is not working as it should be, allowing you to take corrective actions and avoid production stops.

The Smart Melt Unit
The Smart Melt is a fully customizable unit that allows easy future upgrades to get an accurate control of the glue applied and to configure programs depending on each line's specific requirements. Connectors and communications are 100% compatible, no proprietary electronics.
Easy Expansion
Smart Boxes are available to allow future upgrades to the melt unit capabilities. Expansion options include additional heating zones, pumping stations, or flow metering systems for a more accurate adhesive dispensing. Smart Boxes can be added any time, based on each user's specific needs, with no technical support involved, and are controlled directly from the melt unit touch screen.
Smart Drive
Improve pump control by incorporating up to 2 Smart Drive compact boxes with 2 frequency drives and 4 inputs for additional pressure reading
Smart Heat
Add extra temperature channels by adding up to 2 Smart Heat compact boxes with 4 connectors hose/head per box
Smart Flow
Up to 3 Smart Flow compact boxes, each with up to 4 Flow Meters and 4 pressure transducers for volumetric flow feedback and control
