GapChek takes images of the front and back of each corrugated box bundle and measures the manufacturer's joint folded gaps.

GapChek camera vision inspection system is the definitive solution to detect gap defects.

By measuring lead gap and trail gap of all boxes of a bundle, GapChek verifies that gaps and skew fit within the tolerances set by the customer before the boxes are delivered.

Boxes with gaps out of tolerance are detected as faulty and highlighted on the screen for removal.

Traditionally, measurement of manufacturer’s joint gaps has only been possible from inside the flexo-folder-gluer before the box is completely folded, resulting in distorted and sometimes inaccurate gap measurements.

GapChek inspects boxes after they are folded and glued, guaranteeing complete verification.
